Our client initially injured his low back and right upper extremity throwing clippings away in 2012. Client underwent surgery for his wrist injury and subsequently developed a severe case of CRPS. TBI from hit in the head with hammer (2016)

Our client was intentionally struck in the head with a hammer by a subcontractor on a job site in 2009. Client suffered a TBI with severe psychological disability. We fought to get the defendant to concede to 100% permanent total disability. We also fought to get our client 24-hour home health care.

In addition to the above workers’ compensation settlement, our firm referred the applicant to a personal injury firm for the third-party aspect of the case. We worked diligently with that office to obtain a policy limit personal injury settlement for $800,000. We were also able to get the workers’ compensation defendant to waive their credit to the personal injury case under the applicant’s workers’ compensation settlement.
